How we use it in real RFQs

We run the optimizer as a standard step on BOM-based PCBA RFQs.

Results are shared with the customer; alternates are accepted explicitly, not silently substituted.

Risk findings affect the lead-time commitment we make.

On long programs, the optimizer is re-run quarterly for EOL / NRND watch.

Privacy and data handling

BOM uploads used only to produce the analysis.

Aggregated, anonymous data may be used to improve the alternate suggestion engine.

No part list is shared externally without explicit customer permission.
